Description
Liquid food supplement based on Melatonin and Valerian, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. Thanks to Valerian, it helps relaxation (sleep, in case of stress).
Ingredients
Melatonin and Valerian.
How to use
It is recommended to take 5 drops in the evening half an hour before bedtime. You can take the drops as they are or diluted in a little water. Instructions for use: 1) Unscrew the cap. 2) Screw the dropper contained in the sachet. 3) Shake well before each use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For pregnant and breastfeeding women and for children under 3 years of age, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
