Property
- Vitamin B3: includes two main metabolites: nicotinic acid and its amide, nicotinamide utile.
- Biotin: consists of two isomers: the alpha form present in egg yolk and the beta form present in the liver. It has an important role in the metabolism of the grind, intervenes in cellular energy metabolism, in lipid synthesis, in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates and nucleotides.
- Astaxanthin: natural red pigment belonging to the carotenoid group, in particular to the xanthophyll class. Antioxidant properties.
- Vitamin E: it is quantitatively the major lipophilic antioxidant in plasma, membranes and tissues: it is made up of eight natural molecules (4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols) which are correlated with each other: among these, alpha-tocopherol is considered the most powerful.
- Coenzyme Q10: essential coenzyme in the mitochondrial respiratory chain. Protects lipids from oxidation, maintains the stability of cell membranes by interacting with them and being protected from oxidation by vit. E, is an adjuvant in the treatment of hypertension, stimulates the immune system, and prevents degenerative diseases of the brain.
