Description
Food supplement based on valerian, lemon balm, melatonin, ashwagandha and verbena. Valerian is indicated for relaxation and promotes physiological sleep. Lemon balm promotes relaxation and mental well-being. Ashwagandha is a tonic-adaptogen, indicated for physical and mental fatigue. It promotes relaxation, mental well-being and the body's natural defenses. 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. Verbena promotes relaxation and mental well-being and has an antioxidant action.

Ingredients
Verbena extract tit. 24% verbascosides and 28% total phenylpropanoids [Lippia citriodora (Lam.) Kunth, leaves]; thickener: sorbitol; corn starch; bulking agent: cellulose; ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera L. Dunal root), lemon balm extract tit. 4% rosmarinic acid (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), valerian extract tit. 0.8% total valerenic acids (Valeriana officinalis L., root); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: hydroxypropylcellulose; melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet preferably in the evening, shortly before going to bed.
