Description
Medical device to promote the recovery of the vaginal mucosa in the presence of bacterial and/or fungal inflammatory processes (bacterial vaginosis, candidiasis), with a film-forming, protective, and anti-infection action. NOVOX GYNO promotes mucosal healing by protecting the mucosa and preventing contamination by pathogens responsible for lesions and inflammation. It also helps maintain proper hydration and oxygenation of the mucosa. NOVOX GYNO comes in the form of a semi-liquid oily gel.
It can be used as an adjuvant in the treatment of:
- vaginal infections;
- external vaginal infections;
- bacterial vaginosis;
- candidiasis;
- vaginitis.

How to use
NOVOX GYNO should be applied every other day: one tube provides two applications for a total of four days. The treatment can be repeated once with a new tube for two additional applications in four days. If symptoms persist after the second treatment, it is recommended to consult your doctor or pharmacist. Treatment should preferably be started and completed between menstrual periods.
It is recommended to apply the product in the evening before going to bed and it is suggested not to get up after applying the product, as it may partially come out.
Place the tube in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before application to avoid oil leakage when filling the applicator.
- Before applying the product, wash the affected area with water and mild soap, dry thoroughly, then dry your hands.
- Remove the cap from the tube, connect a new disposable applicator in place of the cap, screw it on until it locks, pull the piston out until it stops and fill the applicator completely by carefully pressing the tube.
- Assume a supine position with legs slightly bent and apart.
- Unscrew the applicator from the tube and insert it as deeply as possible into the vagina and completely empty its contents (5 ml).
- Remove the applicator and throw it away.
Once finished using the product, immediately close the tube. Return the tube to the box.
It is recommended to use a panty liner to avoid staining underwear in case of partial leakage of the product.

Components
Oxygen-enriched olive oil, olive oil; excipients: natural pear fragrance.
The device may contain traces (<0.4%) of the following allergens: citral, geraniol, citronellol, linalool, limonene.

Warnings
Before using the product, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
It should not be used in case of known hypersensitivity or previous allergic reaction to the device or any of its components.
Do not use after the expiration date.
Do not use if package is opened or damaged.
Do not reuse the applicator.
Do not introduce objects or materials (e.g. tampons) into the vaginal canal after applying the product.
Do not use in conjunction with mechanical or locally released hormonal contraceptives, with topical drugs or with vaginal douches.
If hypersensitivity or irritation occurs, discontinue use and inform your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep out of reach of children.

Conservation
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
In case of high ambient temperatures, it is recommended to store the product in the refrigerator (2-8 °C).
