Description
Food supplement with a high protein content, which contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bone trophism, with vitamins C and E which help counteract cellular oxidative stress, vitamin D, calcium, zinc and vitamin K, also important for the maintenance of normal bones, B vitamins, inulin and FOS.

Ingredients
Fructose, whey protein concentrate (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin), maltodextrin, partially defatted cocoa powder, inulin 4%, fructooligosaccharides (FOS) 2%; thickener: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; tribasic calcium phosphate, sodium chloride, vitamin premix [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; stabilizer: ethylcellulose), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin K (phylloquinone), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), D-biotin]; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, silicon dioxide, flavorings, zinc gluconate, ferrous fumarate, lactase 0.05%.

How to use
Take 30 g (equal to 3 tablespoons) per day, dissolved in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in cases of liver or kidney disease, in children, or for more than 30 consecutive days without consulting a doctor.
