Description
A nutritionally complete formula based on extensively hydrolyzed casein, designed to meet the daily needs of infants with cow's milk protein allergy. It is the first formula for allergic infants with the recommended levels of DHA (Omega-3), which promotes normal visual development. Nutramigen 1 contains the probiotic LGG, a combination that supports the dietary management of cow's milk allergy and helps return to a normal diet more quickly. The extensively hydrolyzed formula has a different taste and odor than standard infant formulas, so infants should be accustomed to it.

Ingredients

How to use
1) Wash your hands thoroughly. Wash and boil bottles, nipples, rings, caps, and utensils in water for 1 minute.
2) Boil more water for 1 minute and let it cool to room temperature before starting the preparation. Pour the appropriate amount of cooled water into the bottle.
3) Add the right amount of powder to the water (see feeding table). Store the dry measuring spoon in the jar.
4) Close the bottle, roll it between your hands, and then shake vigorously. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
Once prepared, the product is subject to rapid deterioration. Administer immediately after preparation, otherwise cover the preparation and store it in the refrigerator at 2-4°C for no longer than 24 hours. Do not freeze prepared formula or use it if it has been out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. Use the preparation that has been in contact with the infant's mouth within 1 hour and do not return the bottle to the refrigerator. Discard any remaining product in the bottle and clean utensils thoroughly. Do not use a microwave oven to reheat the preparation.

*Use only the measuring spoon included in the jar to measure the powder. Add one level, loosely packed scoop (4.5 g) to every 30 ml of water.

Warnings
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. If breastfeeding is not possible, Nutramigen 1 LGG is indicated for infants with cow's milk protein allergies and should be used under the supervision of a pediatrician. Nutramigen 1 LGG is suitable for infants from birth to 6 months of age and can be used as the sole source of nutrition. The product may frequently induce loose, greenish stools.
For your baby's health, it is recommended that you carefully follow the instructions for preparing and using this product. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use, and storage are important when preparing a bottle. Powdered infant formula is not sterile. A doctor will evaluate the use of this product in appropriate cases. Failure to follow these instructions may seriously harm your health. Do not administer parenterally.

Conservation
Store the jar in a cool, dry place.
Close the container tightly after use, store in a dry place, and use the contents within one month of first opening. Do not freeze the powder. Avoid exposure to heat sources.
Shelf life in intact packaging : 15 months.
Shelf life after opening : 1 month.
