Description
A nutritionally complete formula based on extensively hydrolyzed casein, designed to meet the daily needs of infants with cow's milk protein allergy. It is the first formula for allergic infants with the recommended levels of DHA (Omega 3), which support normal visual development. Nutramigen 2 contains the probiotic LGG, a combination that supports the dietary management of cow's milk allergy and helps to return to a normal diet more quickly. The extensively hydrolyzed formula has a different taste and smell than standard infant formulas; therefore, it is necessary to allow the infant to get used to it.

Ingredients

How to use
1) Wash your hands thoroughly. Wash and boil in water for 1 minute bottles, teats, rings, caps and utensils.
2) Boil more water for 1 minute and let it cool to room temperature before starting the preparation. Pour the right amount of cooled water into the bottle.
3) Add the right amount of powder to the water (see feeding table). Store the dry measuring spoon in the jar.
4) Close the bottle, rotate it first in your hands and then shake it vigorously. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
Once prepared, the product is subject to rapid deterioration. Administer immediately after preparation, otherwise cover the preparation and store it in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2-4°C for no more than 24 hours. Do not freeze the already prepared formula and do not use it if it has been out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. Use the preparation that has been in contact with the infant's mouth within 1 hour and do not put the bottle back in the refrigerator. Throw away any residual product in the bottle and carefully clean the utensils. Do not use microwave ovens to heat the preparation.

*Use only the scoop included in the jar to measure the powder. One level, uncompressed scoop (4.7 g) is added to every 30 ml of water.

Warnings
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. If breastfeeding is not possible, Nutramigen 2 LGG is indicated for the feeding regimen of infants with cow's milk protein allergy and must be used under the supervision of a pediatrician. Nutramigen 2 LGG is suitable for infant feeding from birth up to the 6th month of life and can be used as the sole source of nourishment. The product may frequently induce soft, greenish stools.
For the health of your child, it is recommended to carefully follow the instructions for preparation and use of the product. Correct hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing the bottle. Powdered infant formula is not sterile. Your doctor will evaluate the use of the product in appropriate cases. Failure to follow these instructions may seriously harm your health. Do not administer parenterally.

Conservation
Store the jar in a cool, dry place.
Close the package tightly after use, store in a dry place and use the contents within one month of first opening. Do not freeze the powder. Avoid exposure to heat sources.
