Description
Food for special medical purposes based on sodium butyrate and Kluyveromyces marxianus fragilis B0399, indicated for the dietary management of subjects with chronic intestinal inflammatory processes and altered trophism of the intestinal mucosa (colon).
Ingredients
Bulking agent: cellulose; sodium butyrate, enteric coating (water; glazing agents: ethylcellulose, ammonium hydroxide, polyvinyl alcohol; emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, talc; stabilizers: polydextrose, polyethylene glycol; flavoring); Turval Kluyver K-B0399 {lactic yeast Kluyveromyces marxianus fragilis B0399 [BCCM/MUCL 55798 (41579)]} 500 million/g; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
The daily dose must be established and monitored by a physician based on the individual's individual characteristics. It is recommended to take two tablets per day, divided into two doses, morning and evening, on an empty stomach. Swallow the tablets whole, one at a time, with a sufficient amount of water. Do not break the tablets, as this may compromise the integrity of the enteric-coated tablet.
Warnings
The product must be used under the direction and supervision of a physician. It is not suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children under three years of age. The product should not be administered parenterally.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in its intact packaging.
