If you have ear damage, this medicine may cause body-wide (systemic) effects.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Do not use for more than 10 days; after 1 – 2 days of treatment without appreciable results, consult your doctor. The use of products for topical (local) use can give rise to sensitization phenomena (excessive reaction of the organism to foreign substances with which it has come into contact) or irritation.\u003cbr\u003e In this case, \u003cb\u003estop treatment\u003c\/b\u003e and consult your doctor.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003ePossible side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.\u003cbr\u003e Allergic reactions may occur in people who are sensitive to the active substances contained in this medicine. \u003cbr\u003eIn case of perforation of the eardrum this medicine may cause side effects that extend to the whole body (systemic), such as:\u003cbr\u003e • decrease in some blood cells (agranulocytosis);\u003cbr\u003e • severe allergic reactions (anaphylactic reactions).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eReporting of side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
