Description
Multi-mineral vitamin supplement.
Copper, selenium, zinc, manganese and vitamins B2, C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Iron, copper, selenium, zinc, folic acid and vitamins B6, B12, C and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Ingredients
Magnesium ascorbate (vitamin C), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), magnesium pidolate, magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; iron pidolate, alpha-lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10, glutathione-L-reduced, zinc pidolate, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and micronized silica, vitamin D (cholecalciferol, supported on: maltodextrin from tapioca and olive oil), niacin (nicotinamide), manganese pidolate, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate), copper bisglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), sodium molybdate, beta-carotene, chromium picolinate, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), sodium selenite, D-biotin, potassium iodide, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water.
