Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, withania, linden, L-theanine, folic acid and Lactium, hydrolyzed milk proteins. Withania promotes relaxation and mental well-being and is useful for its tonic-adaptogen and tonic effect in case of physical and mental tiredness. Linden contributes to relaxation in case of sleep and stress. Magnesium and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Lactium is a hydrolyzed milk protein containing an active decapeptide obtained through enzymatic digestion.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, Lactium hydrolysed milk proteins ( milk derivative), whitania (Whitania somnifera L. Dunal) root es tit. 32.5% whitanolides, lime (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) flowers es, stearic acid, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; L-theanine, vitamin B9 (folic acid).

How to use
It is recommended to take the product 1-2 times a day, swallowed with a little water.
From 7 to 14 years: preferably ½ tablet after breakfast and ½ tablet after dinner.
Over 14 years and adults: preferably 1 tablet after breakfast and 1 tablet after dinner.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity in intact packaging: 3 years from date of production.
