Ingredients
Melatonin, valerian.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
It is recommended to take at least 4 drops of product (equal to 1 mg of melatonin and 2 mg of valerian es) in the evening, just before bedtime, diluted in a little water. The number of drops and the frequency of taking Pineal Notte Gocce must be modulated based on subjective needs and in relation to the need. Shake the bottle well before each use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
