Dietary supplement containing melatonin, griffonia, hops, valerian, and piperine. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag* and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep**. Griffonia helps maintain a normal mood, promoting mental well-being, while, combined with hops and valerian, it promotes relaxation and sleep.
* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract titrated at 0.8% total sesquiterpenic acids; stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobilus) dry extract titrated at 0.4% total flavonoids, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill., seeds] dry extract titrated at 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; glazing agents: polyvinyl alcohol, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol, talc, black iron oxides; piperine from black pepper (Piper nigrum L., fruit), melatonin.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, in the evening just before going to bed.
