Description
Mineral supplement. Contains potassium gluconate and magnesium citrate. It is indicated for situations where there is a loss of potassium and magnesium. It is also indicated for those who are deficient in dietary intake of these minerals or in cases of increased need.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps restore electrolyte balance.
Potassium is also involved in many of the body's functions. For example, when taken at a dose of 300 mg per day, it contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure and, together with magnesium, contributes to normal muscle function and the nervous system.
Ingredients
Sugar, orange juice powder (9%), acidity regulators: E334, E5000, E330. Potassium gluconate, magnesium citrate, L-aspartic acid, anti-caking agent: E551, natural orange flavour.
Gluten free.

How to use
For adults. We recommend taking one sachet after the two main meals, up to a maximum of three sachets per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water. It is recommended to continue taking the sachet for at least two weeks.
Warnings
Do not use if the sachet is damaged. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of overdose, prolonged use, or in patients with renal insufficiency, it is recommended to contact your doctor.
Conservation
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in the original packaging
