It is indicated for all pathologies involving lesions of the anorectal mucosa, such as:\u003cbr\u003e - acute and chronic anal fissures;\u003cbr\u003e - fistulas;\u003cbr\u003e - anal and perianal abscesses;\u003cbr\u003e - isolated rectal ulcers;\u003cbr\u003e - proctitis of various kinds;\u003cbr\u003e - varicose hemorrhoid syndrome (external and internal hemorrhoids);\u003cbr\u003e - post-rectal colonoscopy treatment.\u003cbr\u003e Nickel tested.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eHow to use\u003c\/b\u003e \u003cbr\u003ePrevention: Apply twice daily.\u003cbr\u003e Treatment: Apply 3 times daily, for no more than 3 consecutive weeks or until symptoms resolve. Consult your doctor for longer-term use if clinical improvement is not observed.  \u003cbr\u003eImmediately before using the product, with a stool-free bowel, cleanse the anus and surrounding area with specific or pH-neutral cleansers. Wash your hands before handling the cannula. Open the tube containing the product to be applied. Screw the cannula onto the open tube. Remove the cap from the end of the endorectal cannula. Squeeze the tube until the cannula is full, dispensing a small amount of product to lubricate the cannula. Lubricate the previously cleansed perianal areas with a small amount of gel. Gently insert the cannula into the rectum. Squeeze the tube again until the correct amount of product is dispensed. Remove the cannula from the anal cavity. Spread any excess gel that may have leaked from the anus around the perianal area.\u003cbr\u003e Cleaning the cannula\u003cbr\u003e After each application, the cannula must be thoroughly cleaned according to the following procedure: \u003cbr\u003e1. After use, wipe the outside of the cannula with a clean paper towel;\u003cbr\u003e 2. clean the inside of the cannula with a clean cotton swab;\u003cbr\u003e 3. Wipe the outside again with a clean paper towel;\u003cbr\u003e 4. rinse inside and outside the cannula with warm water (40°C) for approximately 1 minute;\u003cbr\u003e 5. Store the cannula in the box.\u003cbr\u003e After the procedure, perform a visual inspection of the cannula and if any residue is visible, repeat the procedure from step 4.
