Psyllium has a prebiotic effect and a softening and soothing effect on the digestive system, modulates nutrient absorption, and, like tamarind, promotes normal stool volume and consistency. Anise helps regulate gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination, while boldo helps drain body fluids. Haritaki and boldo support liver function and, like anise, promote proper digestive function.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) seed powder, tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.) fruit powder 10:1, anise (Pimpinella anisum L.) fruit powder, boldo (Peumus boldus Melina) leaf powder 4:1, haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fruit powder 10:1; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
