Ingredients
Inulin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; carline (Carlina acaulis L.) root powder; shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; fermented maltodextrin (Enzyblend); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; Bacillus coagulans LMG S-24828; colorant: titanium dioxide.
Gluten free.

How to use
Take two capsules daily with a little water or other beverage before meals.
