Description
Food supplement based on psyllium fiber, known for its positive properties on the regularity of intestinal transit but also useful for a modulating action on the absorption of nutrients, and can therefore be suitable for a balancing effect on carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
Ingredients
Psyllium fiber ( Plantago ovata forsk., seed husk); acidifier: citric acid; flavoring; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day.
The powder should be dissolved in a large glass of water, stirring, and drunk immediately.
For transit, take the product preferably in the evening before going to bed; for the activity on nutrient absorption, take it half an hour before meals.
Warnings
