Description
Food supplement containing lactitol and 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The lactitol contained in Psyllogel Fast contributes to normal intestinal function by increasing bowel movements. The beneficial effect is achieved with a 10 g dose of lactitol contained in one stick.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fast is useful for:
- promote regular intestinal transit;
- promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.
1 stick of Psyllogel Fast powder provides 10 g of lactitol and 3.6 g of 99% pure psyllium fibre.

Ingredients
Lactitol (contains lactose ), Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk. tegumentum seminis) seed is 99% pure; acidifier: citric acid; aroma, black carrot (Daucus carota L.) root e.g.; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 Psyllogel Fast sticks daily in the evening before bed (or as advised by your doctor/pharmacist). Psyllogel Fast should be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one stick into a glass (250 ml), fill with still water, stir well for a few seconds, and drink immediately.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product has laxative effects. Take at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable for pregnant women.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity, and heat. The best-before date applies to products stored properly in their original packaging.
