PURE HEAT® ROLLER
Description
Long-lasting warm sensation, ideal for sports. Helps relieve stiffness and tension and provides a relaxing massage.
How to use
Shake the roller well and apply it to sore joints or muscles (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, etc.) 3 times a day. The massage ball is ideal for self-massage of painful areas, which promotes muscle relaxation. You can also use a larger amount and finish with a manual massage. Wash your hands after use.
