Food supplement of creatine and branched chain amino acids in the ratio of 4:1:1 on a carbohydrate basis (fructose and maltodextrin).
Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities; this effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Branched chain amino acids are indicated in the integration of the athlete's diet.
The product also contains beta-alanine, hyaluronic acid, theanine, caffeine and vitamin C which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Orange flavor.

Fructose, creatine, maltodextrin, L-leucine, flavouring, L-valine, L-isoleucine, beta-alanine, sodium hyaluronate, theanine, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), caffeine.

How to use
Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (equal to 17 g) in approximately 500 ml of water and shake well.
It is recommended to take one sachet before training.
