Gymnema, on the other hand, promotes carbohydrate metabolism, intervenes in lipid metabolism and helps control the feeling of hunger.
*Beneficial effect obtainable with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, to be taken before meals as indicated below and as part of a low-calorie diet.
Directions for use
It is recommended to take 3 tablets about an hour before meals with plenty of water (1 or 2 glasses), one to three times a day (3 to 9 tablets per day).
