After being absorbed by the cellulose pad, the Giardia lamblia antigens move and bind with the anti-Giardia colloidal gold complex on the conjugate pad, forming an Ab-Ag complex. This complex then forms an Ab-Ag-Ab sandwich by directly binding to another monoclonal anti-Giardia antibody on the nitrocellulose membrane.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eHow to use\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Collect the stool with a swab and place it in the extraction tube containing 1 ml of extraction solution.\u003cbr\u003e Do not use moist or clumped stools.\u003cbr\u003e Mix the extraction solution and buffer. Add 4 drops of sample (100 mcL) to the sample well (S) on the test cassette.\u003cbr\u003e Read the results after 5-10 minutes. Results read after 10 minutes are considered invalid.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cu\u003eInterpretation of the results\u003c\/u\u003e \u003cbr\u003ePOSITIVE: Both the control line (C) and the test line (T) appear.
