Ashwagandha, jujube, lemon balm and Griffonia contribute to relaxation and mental well-being. Rhodiola, together with lemon balm and Griffonia, contribute to normal mood. Valerian promotes relaxation.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep - the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

How to use
To aid relaxation, it is recommended to take 1-2 tablets a day to be swallowed with the help of a glass of water during the day; to promote restful sleep, take the product half an hour before bedtime.
Warnings

Conservation
