A dietary supplement useful for promoting sleep thanks to Californian poppy. Melatonin facilitates sleep onset. Also contains L-theanine.

Ingredients
Water; sweetener: sorbitol; stabilizer: glycerol (vegetable); L-theanine, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial part es, hydroalcoholic extract (water, alcohol, flowers) of poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers; acidifier: citric acid; flavoring; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin.
Gluten free.

How to use
Shake before use. To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, we recommend taking 1 ml (corresponding to 1 mg of melatonin) under the tongue for about a minute before swallowing shortly before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Being a natural product, it may produce a slight sediment. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 24 months.
After opening, keep the product in the refrigerator.
