Serplus Mild

Food supplement of alpha-lactalbumin and fructo-oligosaccharides, with stevia.

It is a formulation specifically designed for a “softer” action than Serplus Complex.
The halved dosage of ALAC reduces the strength of its stimulations, but the final effect is supported by a strong synergy of action with sleep herbs, in particular with valerian, as it provides valeric acid, one of the four SCFAs.

Ingredients
Alpha-lactalbumin; fructooligosaccharides (FOS); inulin; maltodextrin; rebauside A from Stevia; emulsifier: polysorbate 80.

Whey protein
They are the main known natural source of branched chain amino acids, allow immediate nourishment, are complete with all essential amino acids and allow effective control of body mass.

Alpha-lactalbumin
The bioavailability of alpha-lactalbumin is maximum: the entire dose taken orally is rapidly broken down into peptides, which are completely absorbed by the gastrointestinal system. Alpha-lactalbumin is the whey protein most present in milk, especially in human milk. In fact, in our colostrum it represents as much as 40% of the proteins. Alpha-lactalbumin is the protein that Nature has chosen for humans. Its actions at intestinal level are fundamental for the brain development of the newborn. A peculiar characteristic of this protein is its high tryptophan content, the only precursor of serotonin on whose availability brain development depends. In fact, a very recent study on animals[1] shows that repeated daily oral intakes of alpha-lactalbumin are able to increase the brain synthesis of serotonin; acting, therefore, in an absolutely natural way and without any side effects, just as Nature has predisposed. Many neurological symptoms are due to a deficit of cerebral serotonin.

Valerian, Passiflora and Melissa
The formulation of Alpha-lactalbumin with Valerian, Passionflower and Melissa represents an original and innovative combination.
Valerian and Passionflower are useful for relaxation in case of stress and to promote sleep.
Melissa supports relaxation and together with Passionflower contributes to mental well-being. Melissa has an antioxidant action and supports normal mood. Melissa also supports digestive function and together with Passionflower supports regular gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin; erythritol; alpha-lactalbumin; dry extract* of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid; dry extract* of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts) titrated at 0.5% in vitexin; dry extract* of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) titrated at 0.42% in valerenic acids, sweetener steviol glycosides.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. For a complete action at intestinal level, it is recommended to take it on an empty stomach and at least half an hour before protein meals.
Pour the contents into a glass, add two fingers of water and mix until dissolved.
