Description
Emulgel based on bio-activated silicon (monomethylsilanetriol) ideal for soothing, hydrating and repairing the epidermis. Silicon is an important trace element for skin repair processes. The formula is completed by extracts of arnica, helichrysum and calendula, known for their soothing and emollient actions. Thanks to the demonstrated activity of silicon on tissue regeneration processes, and the action of the other components, the preparation can be useful for normalizing sensitized skin. Sildì Cream can be applied to areas of the epidermis that are red, irritated, that tend to crack, or scars resulting from the healing of wounds or surgical cuts (intact skin).
Silicon plays a central role in tissue regeneration processes: scientific research has recently confirmed the fundamental importance of silicon in the growth and repair processes of the dermis and bone structures, thanks to its clinically demonstrated action on connective tissue. The mechanism of action underlying this activity involves silicon in stimulating the synthesis of collagen, elastin and other molecules associated with the production of extracellular matrix, thus proving crucial for the well-being and restoration of normal conditions of connective tissues (cartilage, tendons, ligaments) as well as the skin. Although there are no clinically known symptoms of silicon deficiency, it is observed that its insufficient presence in the body is related to fragility of bones, nails, hair and skin appendages. These manifestations are more frequent in elderly subjects: in fact, organic reserves of silicon are depleted with increasing age. Cartilage abnormalities have also been observed in subjects with diets low in silicon, suggesting that silicon is important for normal bone development. It has also been shown that a higher dietary intake of silicon is associated with higher bone mineral density in men and pre-menopausal women, proving useful, according to laboratory tests, also in post-menopausal women. Based on this evidence, silicon offers great potential for use in the prevention and contrast of bone demineralization, cardiovascular and neurological problems, and for the well-being of nails and hair. Topically, it is instead used in the healing processes, and restoration of skin integrity. The limit of the nutritional intake of silicon from its natural sources is represented by the low concentration of this element, in its bio-available form. These limitations have been overcome by the patented bio-activation process (International Patent WO2019179611A1) resulting from many years of research, which allows to stabilize the most bio-available form of silicon, facilitating its assimilation by the body.

How to use
Apply the product to the affected areas with a light massage until completely absorbed. It can be used several times during the day.
