Food supplement based on alpha lipoic acid, ginkgo biloba, coenzyme Q10, minerals and melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, alpha-lipoic acid, capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Ginkgo biloba L., leaves (esta.) tit. at 24% in ginkgoflavonglycosides and 6% in terpenlactones, coenzyme Q20 (ubiquinone), zinc bisglycinate, L-selenomethionine (selenium); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; spirulina extract, melatonin.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily, half an hour before bed.
