Description
A medical device made of pure silver trilaminate, designed to protect a woman's nipples during breastfeeding. The device is indicated for breast protection during breastfeeding, to prevent the development of small tears or cracks in the nipples. It is also indicated as an adjunct in the treatment of sore nipples; the cup physically protects the wound from external factors and friction with clothing, promoting the healing process.
The cup, thanks to its ergonomic shape, protects the nipple and, in the event of lacerations or cracks, creates a suitable environment to promote normal repair processes.
How to use
Cleanse your breasts and apply a drop of breast milk to your nipple before applying the pads. Rinse the pads under running water. If there are any milk residues, wash them with neutral soap and rinse them under running water. Dry with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive sponges, disinfectants, or alcohol-based solutions for cleansing. Insert the pads between your breasts and your bra, placing them against your nipples.
When not in use, store clean cups in their designated pouch.
Warnings
Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the device.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not sterilize.
Do not use if the device is damaged.
Do not dispose of in the environment.
