How to use
It is used before bedtime and is easy to apply. Shake the bottle well before use, turn the diffuser sideways, tilt your head, apply 3 sprays to your throat and then wait 20 seconds before swallowing. After application, avoid food and drinks (otherwise you need to repeat the application). It is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption in the hour before application.
Warnings
Pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Snoreeze is not a remedy for sleep apnea. If the snorer's breathing pauses for more than 10 seconds, it is apnea. In this case, we recommend a medical visit. The pump contains small parts.
