Ingredients
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), zinc gluconate, ferrous gluconate, selenised yeast; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; beta-carotene, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), copper gluconate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), riboflavin, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); for the capsule: gelatin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules spread throughout the day, swallowed with water or drinks.
