SONNOMEL
Description
A dietary supplement with liposomal melatonin that, when taken shortly before bed at a dose of 1 mg (1 stick pack), helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. It also contains oats, Californian poppy, and hops, which help restore physiological relaxation (sleep; in cases of stress).
Ingredients
Water, stabilizer: glycerol; SLEEPCOMPLEX [L-tryptophan and a mix of hydroalcoholic extracts of oats (Avena sativa L., flowering aerial part), California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham., aerial parts], St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L., flowering tops), jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Miller, fruits), hops (Humulus lupulus L., cones), lime (Tilia tomentosa Moench, buds), Cat's Claw [Uncaria tomentosa Willd. (ex Schult.) DC., bark], liposomal melatonin (melatonin; coating agents: sunflower lecithin, inulin, phosphatidylcholine, trehalose, histidine); freeze-dried fruit extract: red kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch., fruit), ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc., rhizome), blood orange (Citrus sinensis L., fruit), lemon (Citrus limon L. fruit), trehalose; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavoring.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 stick pack, as is or diluted in 100 ml of water (about half a glass), shortly before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or for prolonged periods, without consulting a doctor. Hypericin should not exceed 0.7 mg. Hyperforin/Hypericin ratio should not exceed 7. If you are taking medications, consult your doctor before using this product, as St. John's Wort extract may interfere with their metabolism and even inhibit their activity. St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
