Dietary supplement with natural extracts of Passionflower, Californian Poppy, Valerian, and Lemon Balm, combined with Melatonin. These extracts help achieve a state of relaxation, which is helpful in promoting sleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag.Ingredients
Passionflower plant (Passiflora incarnata L.) dry extract* titrated 4% in vitexin; California poppy plant (Eschscholtzia californica cham.) dry extract* titrated 0.35% in protopine; Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry extract* titrated 0.42% in valerenic acids; filling agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis L.) dry extract* titrated 12% in rosmarinic acid; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
*carrier: maltodextrin.
How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets in the evening before bed. Alternatively, you can take just 1 tablet in the evening before bed and, if necessary, 1 additional tablet upon awakening at night. The product can be administered with water or herbal tea.
