Rhodiola, eleutherococcus and schisandra have a tonic-adaptogenic action useful for reducing physical and mental fatigue. Melissa, nepeta, verbena and St. John's wort, promoting relaxation and mental well-being, are useful for combating stress. Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, C and biotin contribute to maintaining normal psychological function. In addition, iron, vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12, C and folic acid reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
It is recommended to take 5 tablets (2.5 g) one to three times a day at any time.
