Supradyn defenses
Description
High-dose vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc food supplement, particularly indicated in case of reduced intake of these nutrients with the normal diet or in case of increased physiological needs.
Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Ingredients
Ascorbic acid; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate, anhydrous citric acid; bulking agent: isomalt; malic acid, zinc citrate, cholecalciferol; acidity regulator: anhydrous sodium carbonate; flavouring: orange; colouring: beta-carotene; sweeteners: acesulfame K; sodium chloride; sweetener: sucralose; maltodextrin, palm oil, gum arabic.
Gluten free.

How to use
One effervescent tablet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. The amount of vitamin C per tablet may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
Supradyn defenses is not recommended in cases of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not take if you have impaired iron metabolism (hemochromatosis) or kidney problems.
People with kidney problems should not consume more than 200 mg of Vitamin C per day due to the risk of kidney stones.
Not suitable for children and adolescents.
Conservation
Store below 30°C. Keep container tightly closed.
Validity for intact package: 24 months.
