Description
Dietary supplement of mineral salts and vitamins based on carbohydrates (fructose and maltodextrin in a 1:2 ratio). The magnesium contained contributes to protein synthesis, electrolyte balance and normal muscle function together with potassium. It also contains vitamin C which contributes to the reduction of the sense of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy metabolism and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The formulation is enriched by the presence of vitamin D which contributes to normal muscle function, to the maintenance of normal bones and to the absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus, in addition, the latter also supports the normal function of the immune system.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet (equal to 15 g) in approximately 500 ml of water and shake well.
Take 1 to 3 sachets per day, preferably during training.
