How to use
For adults: 30 drops 2 times a day in 1 glass of water twice a day away from meals.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs, consult your doctor before taking the product. The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking medications, seek medical advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract can interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity.
