It is also indicated before and after tooth extractions.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Talk to your doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 5-7 days of treatment.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWhat you need to know before taking the medicine\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eDo not take TANTUM VERDE GINGIVITIS AND STOMATITIS\u003c\/b\u003e \u003cbr\u003e- if you are allergic to benzydamine hydrochloride, cetylpyridinium chloride or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWarnings and precautions\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking TANTUM VERDE GINGIVITIS AND STOMATITIS.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The use of TANTUM VERDE GINGIVITIS AND STOMATIS, especially if prolonged, may give rise to sensitization phenomena (allergic reactions). In this case, stop the treatment and consult your doctor to start an appropriate therapy. See paragraph 4 \"Possible side effects\".\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003ePossible side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The side effects that may be observed during the intake of TANTUM VERDE GINGIVITIS AND STOMATIS, the frequency of which is not known, are:\u003cbr\u003e Benzydamine: \u003cbr\u003e- slight numbness in the mouth. This effect is typically associated with the local anaesthetic activity of Cetylpyridinium benzydamine;\u003cbr\u003e - phenomena of intolerance to the drug which manifests itself with mild and transient burning or local irritation.\u003cbr\u003e These effects do not require any changes in treatment.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Following the instructions in this leaflet reduces the risk of side effects.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eReporting of side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
