How to use
For a better use of the product it is suggested to take:
1) Morning, 2 capsules before breakfast.
2) Noon, 2 capsules before lunch.
3) Evening, 2 capsules before dinner.
The capsules should be taken with a large glass of water.

Warnings
Not to be taken during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or by children under 12 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take as part of a low-calorie diet. If following the diet for prolonged periods, exceeding 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. If you have cardiovascular disease and/or hypertension, consult your doctor before taking this product.
