Vitamin D
It is essential for bone, muscle and dental capital, but also to maintain an optimal immune system and prevent early signs of aging. Vitamin D can have two origins, either naturally processed in the skin thanks to the action of ultraviolet rays, or supplied by food. Ingredients
Sea salt rich in magnesium (56.5%; vegetable capsule in hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; vitamin D from yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae); anti-caking agents: talc; magnesium stearate.
How to use
Take 1 capsule daily.
One capsule per day provides 100% of the RDA for Vitamin D and 33% of the RDA for Magnesium.
To optimize assimilation, it is recommended to take it during a meal in which lipids are consumed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
