Food supplement based on titrated dry extracts of Hawthorn, Passionflower, Lime, Valerian, Californian Poppy and magnesium and melatonin.
Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being, while Passionflower, Lime, Valerian and Californian Poppy contribute to relaxation in cases of stress.
Finally, melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Ingredients
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) top dry extract (titrated to 2% in rosmarinic acid), magnolia (Magnolia officinalis L.) bark dry extract (titrated to 1-2% in magnolol and honokiol), hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha L.) flower and leaf dry extract (titrated to 1.5% in vitexin 2-rhamnoside), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) plant dry extract (titrated to 2% in total flavonoids calculated as vitexin); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silica; gelatin capsule.

How to use
