How to use
Take 10 ml in 120 ml of water, preferably before breakfast or two hours before exercise. How to open the bottle: Unscrew the cap slowly and wait a few seconds, close the bottle, and always shake gently before use. Any fizzing when opening the product is due to the nature of the ingredients.
