For maintenance, apply 1-2 times a week for 12 weeks or more.\u003cbr\u003e Wash your hands before using the medical device.\u003cbr\u003e 1. Break the seal on the tube using the special tip on the cap. Screw the disposable applicator onto the neck of the tube.\u003cbr\u003e 2. Gently press the tube from the bottom to dispense enough cream to fill the applicator to the stop.\u003cbr\u003e 3. Unscrew the applicator from the tube and gently insert it 3-4 cm into the vagina. Press the plunger until the applicator is completely empty.
