Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin; humectant: glycerol (E422), sorbitol (E420); water; raspberry flavour; firming agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone vinyl acetate copolymer (E1208); emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (E433); vitamin B12; sweetener: sucralose (E955).

How to use
It is available in the form of orodispersible films, a very simple and practical way of taking the supplement:
- should not be taken with water,
- it dissolves in seconds once placed on the tongue.
It can be taken at any time and under any condition, even by people with swallowing difficulties, bedridden or in particularly fragile conditions.
It is recommended to take 1 orodispersible film per day for at least 30 days, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.

Do not handle the orodispersible film with wet hands. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
