Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide; shell: animal gelatin; vitamin C (L-scorbic acid); bulking agent: maltodextrin; ferrous sulphate, vitamin PP (niacin), vitamin E (alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc oxide; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin A (retinol), biotin, folic acid, selenium L-methionine, vitamin K (phylloquinone), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Gluten and lactose free.

It is suggested to take one or two capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably during meals.
