Magnesium L-pidolate, maltodextrin; acid: citric acid; eleutherococcus [Eleutherococcus senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim.) Maxim] root extract, acerola (Malpighia glabra L.) fruit juice powder, flavourings, zinc citrate; sweetener: sucralose; colour: beta-carotene; sweetener: acesulfame K; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folate).
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
One dose corresponds to one sachet. We recommend taking one sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of hot or cold water (150 ml).
