Zymerex Magnesium PMS
A dietary supplement containing magnesium and vitamin B6, along with plant extracts of black cohosh, griffonia, chasteberry, and burdock, specifically blended to meet the needs of women during the premenstrual phase, which can manifest as abdominal pain, headaches, breast tenderness, increased hunger, and excess fluids.
Black cohosh and chasteberry are useful in combating menstrual cycle disorders.
Griffonia supports normal mood and helps control hunger.
Burdock is useful because it promotes the drainage of body fluids.
Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.
Ingredients
Magnesium salts of citric acid, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate; maltodextrin, chaste tree dry extract (Vitex agnus-castus L., fruit) titrated at 0.5% in agnuside, black cohosh dry extract (Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt., rhizome) titrated at 2.5% in triterpenic saponins, griffonia dry extract (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds) titrated at 25% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, burdock dry extract (Arctium lappa L., root) titrated at 2% in inulin, natural flavours, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; colouring: beta-carotene; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl).
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day in the week before your menstrual cycle, preferably in the morning, and to take 2 sachets per day during your period.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Consult your doctor regarding use and duration of use. Do not use if you have liver disease or dysfunction.
