Frequently Asked Questions

The Farmaspeed customer account allows customers to create a personal profile to access our online store, store contact information and order history, and speed up the checkout process.

- Profile Management:
After logging in, customers can manage their personal information, addresses, preferences, and order history.
- Simplified checkout:
The information saved in your customer account is automatically used during the checkout process, making purchasing faster and easier.

Customer Service is active from Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm, all year round except Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays.
The above opening hours may vary during periods of heavy activity.

To stay up-to-date on our promotions, new products, and special offers, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter. You can do so directly on our website by entering your email address in the dedicated form at the bottom of the home page, or by clicking the account/login icon in the top right corner.

Delivery times are on average 2-3 working days for shipments within Italy and 4-5 working days for international orders.
These times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Times may vary slightly depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its delivery status.

Shipping is free for orders over €39.90 in Italy. For orders under €39.90, shipping costs €4.90. For international shipments, shipping costs €29, regardless of the order value.

To use a discount code, enter it in the designated field during checkout. The discount will automatically be applied to your order total before payment. Make sure the code is still valid and meets any specific terms and conditions.

The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after your return request (provided that the returned products have been received by us unopened and/or partially used, or that you have provided us with proof of having sent them to us).

By subscribing to the newsletter, you will receive information on the latest promotions, new arrivals, and news (subscribing to the newsletter does not create an account).

Orders

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is intact, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund using the payment method used for the purchase. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to change or cancel a completed order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made. In this case, you can return or exchange the item once you receive it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking the shipping status using the tracking number sent via email. If your package is stuck or there are no updates, please contact our customer service. We'll check with the courier and provide you with the necessary assistance to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We kindly ask you to send us the following information to expedite your purchase:
- list of products you want to order, if possible
- contact details (name, surname, email address, telephone number)
- delivery details (full address for home or shop delivery)
- payment method (by credit card via payment link or cash on delivery).

To track your order, please use the tracking number we sent you by email upon shipment. If you haven't received your tracking number or are having trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist you.

If a product is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order details and, if possible, photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, sending the correct product or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

Pay in 3 installments with Klarna

Klarna Pay in 3 is a credit product that allows you to spread the cost of your purchases over 3 equal payments. Klarna takes payments directly from your debit or credit card, so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will make the first payment at the time of purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from the purchase date. You can view your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app.
Multiple purchases with Klarna
With Klarna there are no fixed credit limits. Approval of a payment depends on several factors:

Information from external credit agencies
Commissions and limitations
Klarna does not charge an annual fee. However, some services and payment options may incur fees.
If the invoice is not paid on time, late payment charges may apply.
With Klarna there is no predefined spending limit. Each payment is approved individually, based on different criteria.

Increase your spending limit with Klarna
Your spending limit can be increased by maintaining a good payment record, paying on time, and paying off outstanding purchases on time. However, customer service cannot directly process requests to increase your spending limit.

Payment and Returns Issues
In case of payment problems, Klarna offers the possibility to extend the payment term or to split the invoice amount into installments.
Cancellations or returns are processed by Klarna, cancelling any expected payments and refunding any amounts already paid.

We accept payments with major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, cash on delivery, and bank transfers. All payments are secure and encrypted to ensure maximum protection of your data.

Before starting the purchase or renewal process, remember to check that cookies are enabled on your browser.
Before making your purchase with a prepaid credit card, make sure you have the funds available
If you top up your account while you're in the process of purchasing, remember that some banks only make the funds available the next day, or even after 24 hours, which may prevent you from placing your order.

Once the return is approved, you will be refunded for the installments already paid, while any unpaid installments will be cancelled. In the case of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from the remaining installments, and you will receive a refund for any difference.

Yes, you can pay in three equal monthly installments using Klarna's Pay in 3 or PayPal. The first installment will be charged immediately after completing your purchase, while the remaining two installments will be charged over the following two months. Klarna/PayPal will notify you in advance before proceeding with the payment. Both systems are completely free, as long as the installments are paid by the due date. If one or more installments are not paid by the due date, you will be charged a late payment fee. You must still be registered on the respective platforms.

Product prices are inclusive of VAT.

The purchased products are usually delivered throughout ITALY within 48* hours of processing the order.

If you choose bank transfer, you must wait for the payment to be credited before processing your order.

*Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and other special circumstances such as the recipient's absence, difficult-to-reach delivery location, and other issues directly attributable to the courier and not dependent on Farmaspeed.it are excluded.

Shipments are made with the express courier GLS and/or BRT

For some items, shipping times may be longer. In this case, the buyer will be immediately notified by telephone or email if it is impossible to meet the agreed delivery times. For items ordered for which there is no stock for any reason, an automatic refund will be made in the case of purchase by credit card or by bank transfer within 5 days in the case of purchases with other payment methods.

International residents are kindly requested to contact us by email (info@farmaspeed.i) for estimated delivery times and for any questions. Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) is not available for orders outside of Italy.

Residents outside Italy, please contact us by email (info@farmaspeed.i) to know the estimated time for delivery and for any clarifications. Outside Italy are not made cash on delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY

If the package is refused, the customer will be charged for shipping costs and any additional return costs. By choosing cash on delivery, you expressly accept this condition.

If the recipient is absent, the courier will contact you by telephone (at the number provided during purchase) to arrange a suitable delivery date.

DISPUTE

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or, in any case, altered, including the sealing materials.

Any damage must be reported immediately to the courier making the delivery, by writing "Goods subject to inspection" on the accompanying document and immediately confirmed by email or telephone to Farmaspeed.

Once your package is ready, it will be shipped, and you'll receive a confirmation email with which you can track your order. Remember to monitor this link, which will allow you to track your order and any issues the courier may have with locating your address. You can also check the status of your shipment at any time in the "ORDERS" section after logging into your account.

Standard shipping costs €4.90, and is free for all orders over €39.90.

It's currently not possible to change the shipping address of an order that has been handed over to the courier. We recommend contacting our Customer Service team with your order number and the correct address. We'll contact the courier and verify that your order can be delivered to the new shipping address. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll make the necessary changes.

Gifts

A Gift Card is an anonymous card that can be purchased online on our website. It is issued to the bearer and can be used for future purchases or as a gift to family and friends. It is sent via email to the recipient indicated by the purchaser at the time of purchase and can be used immediately to purchase goods online.

Farmaspeed Reviews

Only customers who have purchased a product online and received it can express their rating and leave a review about it.
The overall rating of a product is given by the arithmetic mean of the number of stars voted by each customer for that specific product.
We cannot verify whether the customer who left their rating and/or review actually used the product before writing their review; we only verify that they actually purchased it online and received it.
Reviews containing the following are not allowed:
- information intended to deceive or mislead other users;
- obscene or in any way discriminatory language or content;
- critical or inappropriate comments on
- advertising, spam, references to other websites or retailers;
- information that makes the person identifiable (for example, email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, etc.).

Finally, we reserve the right to modify this policy without notice. The policy available on our website at the time you submit your specific review will apply.
