Description
Dietary supplement containing herbs, minerals, and vitamins; particularly useful during pregnancy or when nutritional needs are increased. Iron, in particular, promotes hemoglobin synthesis, the transport of oxygen throughout the body's tissues, and, together with vitamins B6 and B12, promotes the formation of red blood cells. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, copper promotes its transport throughout the body, and vitamins A and B2 regulate iron metabolism.
