Description
Concentrated dietary supplement based on bromelain extracted from pineapple, with high enzymatic activity and enriched with SOD to counteract the damage caused by oxidative stress. It promotes the drainage of body fluids, supports microcirculation function, and reduces cellulite, improving skin tone and firmness. It also has a significant anti-inflammatory effect and, when taken after meals, aids digestion even after large meals.

Property
Pineapple: 90% water, but also contains sugars, essential oil, organic acids (especially oxalic, citric, and malic), vitamins A, B, and C, amino acids, fiber, and minerals (especially iron, calcium, manganese, and potassium). Bromelain is concentrated in the fruit, but mostly in the stem that supports it. This enzyme mix of proteases, phosphatases, peroxidases, amylases, and cellulases is the basis of all the biological activities recognized in the extract. Bromelain is active within a very broad pH range, between 4.5 and 9.5, is rapidly absorbed from the intestine, and has a half-life of approximately 6-9 hours. Its proteolytic activity is predominant, justifying its use as a post-meal digestive aid. Thanks to characteristics similar to those of pepsin, it is in fact able to accelerate the digestion of proteins, preventing the formation of intestinal gas and the sensation of abdominal heaviness.
A further benefit for leg health comes from bromelain's antiplatelet activity, the administration of which also results in reduced platelet activation. As a fibrinolytic, it inhibits thrombus formation and can be successfully used in acute thrombophlebitis. It can also aid in the reabsorption of hematomas. Due to its high concentration of antioxidant molecules, pineapple extract may also contribute to cardiovascular health, preventing the formation of atherosclerotic plaques in individuals with high cholesterol levels. Finally, pineapple stem possesses an anti-inflammatory effect whose mechanism is not fully understood, likely dependent on proteolytic modulation of the molecular cascade underlying the inflammatory process. In addition to helping treat inflammatory conditions associated with trauma and edema, thanks to its effect on the immune response, it is also proving promising in the management of chronic conditions such as asthma, sinusitis, and rheumatoid arthritis, where it reduces inflammation and the infiltration of eosinophils and leukocytes. It is also used in pain management: it dose-dependently reduces acute knee pain in osteoarthritis, and postoperative pain and edema.
Superoxide dismutase: a crucial antioxidant present in almost all cells exposed to oxygen. It is the key enzyme that inactivates superoxide, the most reactive radical species that can damage membrane lipids, proteins, and DNA. SOD has been used for years in general medicine to manage anti-inflammatory conditions such as osteoarthritis, sports injuries, and knee osteoarthritis. It is also used to protect against cardiovascular risk, to protect DNA from damage caused by oxidative stress, and to counteract excess free radicals caused by exercise. It also improves cognitive function, is useful in managing stress, and may have immunoprotective effects.
-SuperOx-D: is a patented extract obtained from the Carrot which acts by inactivating the peroxide radical and also other radical forms which are generated upstream and downstream through quenching mechanisms.
-Centella: This Ayurvedic plant combats cellulite and supports healthy microcirculation. Specifically, it stimulates fibroblast activity and the synthesis of proline and alanine, amino acids essential for collagen formation. It normalizes the perivascular connective tissue, improving the tone and elasticity of the vein walls. It also stimulates the cells and tissues involved in the healing process.

How to use
We recommend taking 10 ml per day, diluted in 250 ml of water, preferably in the morning to support drainage or in small sips during meals to aid digestion.

Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, pre-operatively, peptic ulcer disease, or hepatitis; it may increase the absorption and half-life of antiplatelet drugs, tetracyclines, and hypoglycemics.
